INSTRUCTORS

All of the instructors in this course have a thorough understanding of the core and how to get it firing, so you will certainly feel the effects after even just one week! Core strengthening is a signature focus for both Sam and Owen, and is often present as a main theme in their classes. As Karen is both a Pilates and barre teacher she uses specific and isolated movements in her classes to really target certain areas of the core to improve posture and control. Katy teaches a combination of barre and yoga across the week and her unique combination of both styles and high energy makes her barre classes extremely fun as she works on key elements of flexibility and strengthening at the same time.
