Beginning with the moon at its fullest, she will guide you through different styles of your yoga practice to represent the different emotional states we may find ourselves in as we move through the month and our energy levels fluctuate. You will experience fluid Vinyasa, more restorative Yin-Yang, as well as the gentle style of Hatha yoga, each used to target specific areas of the body and reset the mind.

The Full Moon is our most expressive and often emotional few days of the month- so to guide us through this time, we will focus on moving with the metronome of the breath, tuning inwards.
The Waning Moon is when the moon is becoming smaller, preparing for the New Moon. This moon encourages us to draw inwards and move slower, preparing for the reflective time of the New Moon. To honour this energy, today's practice will be a Yin-Yang style of class, encouraging a slowing down of our energy.
The New Moon is reflective time, the re-set period of the month. A time to connect to our intuition, our goals, our life purpose. To honour this energy, today's practice will be a gentle, slow Hatha class encouraging us to slow and settle into every shape. Our physical practice today will be combined with a reflective meditation practice.
The Waxing Moon is a period of activity. Our energy is building and preparing for the next Full Moon. As such, today's practice will be a Vinyasa flow, focusing on spinal fluidity and core engagement to build our internal fire and improve our energy levels.
This series is built for you to return, again and again to; we suggest you complete one video as part of your practise each week and follow the above order across the month as Rebecca has designed the series.
