This 4-part morning series with Tallula Tzuke invites you to wake up with a gentle yoga practise as the perfect flowing start to your day. The classes are designed to open up areas of the body and prepare you for the day ahead, with each class focusing on a slightly different aspect of morning movement.
Tell me more about this series ? Morning movement is incredibly nourishing for the body and mind. It will stimulate and activate both, leaving you far more energised and ready for your day than the classic cup of coffee we all tend to reach for.
Suggested: Complete one video a day spread across a full week and return again each week until this aspect of your morning routine is habitual. However since the classes are not set in any particular order, feel free to mix them up or just repeat your favourite flow.

Your yoga instructor Tallula has planned and created all 4 practices to help you wake up and feel refreshed at the start of your day. Tallula is a wonderful teacher with a brilliant understanding of how to sooth and gently stretch the body, resulting in a delicious warm feeling after every class. She often ends her practice with a whole body meditative scan, allowing you to check in with yourself and gain a deeper understanding of how you feel both physically and mentally.
