An experienced PT, George will take you through this series of full body workouts that are designed to help you build strength and definition across all areas of your body. Working with Katy, he provides key coaching tips to ensure you have proper form and get the most out of each exercise. He also explains modifications for each exercise to make this series accessible to everyone, no matter your experience with resistance training.
This series is built for you to return to again and again, and you can complete the series of videos in your own time as you have 24 hour access to the videos once you enrol. So working out can easily fit in with your work and family commitments - no excuses!
We suggest you repeat one video 4 times a week for the first two weeks and then add in an additional video in the last two weeks, repeating each one 3 times for a full 6 workout week!
